COACHING CLIENT'S LEGAL DISCLAIMER

By engaging in coaching services with Lucia Doynel LLC, you (the "Client") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Coaching Nature and Purpose:

The coaching services provided by Lucia Doynel LLC are intended to support and guide clients, including those participating in group coaching sessions, in achieving personal and/or professional goals. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Lucia Doynel LLC is not a licensed healthcare provider, therapist, or doctor.

Client's Responsibility:

The Client is responsible for their own actions, decisions, and results. Lucia Doynel LLC cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from the coaching process. The Client understands that success is dependent on their own efforts, commitment, and willingness to apply the strategies and recommendations provided during coaching sessions.

Not a Substitute for Medical Care:

Lucia Doynel LLC is not qualified to provide medical advice, diagnose medical conditions, or treat psychiatric issues. If the Client is experiencing any medical or psychiatric emergency or concerns, they should seek immediate medical attention from a licensed healthcare provider, physician, or psychiatrist. The Client agrees not to interpret any information received during coaching sessions as medical advice.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

The Client acknowledges that in the case of group coaching sessions, other participants in the group will have access to the recordings of those sessions. All participants in the group are encouraged to maintain confidentiality regarding the information shared by other group members. Lucia Doynel LLC will not disclose any personal or sensitive information shared during group coaching sessions to individuals outside the group without the Client's explicit consent, except where required by law.

Release of Liability:

The Client acknowledges that coaching, including group coaching, is a voluntary process. They agree to release and hold harmless Lucia Doynel LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, arising from the coaching services or any information shared during coaching sessions, whether in a one-on-one or group setting.

Intellectual Property:

All coaching materials, content, and resources provided by Lucia Doynel LLC are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share any coaching materials without prior written consent from Lucia Doynel LLC.

Termination of Coaching Engagement:

Either party may terminate the coaching engagement at any time, for any reason, with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client will remain responsible for any outstanding fees, if you choose the payment plan option, you are responsible to complete your payments.

By purchasing any of the private or group coaching packages you will enter into a coaching agreement with Lucia Doynel LLC, the Client is responsible to read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this legal disclaimer before joining.

If the "Client" is uncertain about any aspect of this disclaimer, they are encouraged to seek legal advice before engaging in coaching services.

I struggled with having my pictures taken for a while because in my mind, taking pictures of myself was narcissistic, and selfish. I was kind of traumatized by the selfie era haha. But talking with Lucia I was able to get rid of that misconception and let me be seen. Lucia really prepared the ground for me to be able to get rid of all my misconceptions about being photographed and really just have fun! Taking a photo doesn't have to be painful and taking a photo of myself won't hurt. It can be super fun and a way of self-expression and not self-absorption. I thought I wasn't photogenic and I focused on what I didn't like about my face and my body. I struggled with body image and thinking of myself as beautiful. The Spiritual Psychology session helped me feel at ease and more present with the emotions I was feeling at the time. I felt more connected to myself which shows through so beautifully in my self portraits. I learned that I am beautiful and I am enough. The only thing holding me back in life is myself. Once I find the beauty that has always been inside me, I can share it with the world. I feel much more comfortable in front of the camera and am taking a lot more photos now. I feel more comfortable in my own skin and accepting myself as I come.

I have honestly had photo shoots with some of the best photographers. None of them could ever seem to capture the authentic me. It was "just another photoshoot" for them. I never felt comfortable in front of the camera even though I had been on television, photographed, etc... on multiple occasions. I always felt like it was a character I was portraying rather than the real me. I tend to be planned, organized, and structured. I really wanted to let go of that part of me. I truly wanted to be in the moment. Lucia did a great exercise to help me get back to the person that knew they didn't always have to be cool and in control. This allowed me to be more spontaneous, go with the flow, and let my hair down in front of the camera. She created a safe space for me to allow my authentic self to be seen and loved. I learned how to confidently move my body to create unique poses that are interesting and not awkward. I am a sexy man, with a beautiful smile, eyes, and heart that radiates love and gratitude. I learned to breathe during a photoshoot, pause, go inside myself and send that energy out into the world. I can be myself and that is enough. I am whole, complete, and perfect just the way I am.
