On-Camera Confidence Coaching Session
Feeling confident on camera goes hand in hand with feeling safe to be seen. Your experience includes a spiritual psychology coaching session to heal any unresolved visibility issues and let your new found confidence shine through the camera.
Professional Hair and Make Up
Hair and makeup is a complimentary part of your Authentic Brand Photoshoot experience. This is an opportunity to relax and receive. Our make up style is usually very natural and you’ll choose the style of make up that best suits you. Our make up artist is excellent in darker skin tones as well as lighter ones.

Step 1
BOOK YOUR AUTHENTIC BRAND PHOTOSHOOT CO-CREATION SESSION & PAY YOUR RETAINER
Up to 45-Minutes
In this session we’ll intentionally create your authentic portrait by becoming aware of what your soul really want’s to create and experience through out your portrait shoot. You’ll get clear on your portrait essence and how you want to feel throughout your shoot.
- If you are doing a Quarterly Brand Photoshoot for Social Media, you will bring your branding guidelines to our pre-production meeting to make sure that your photos are aligned with your branding.
- If you are doing a Re-Brand Photoshoot for your Website, we'll bring on your designer to our pre-production meeting to make sure that your brand photos represent your new brands vision and essence.
Together we will explore and find inspiration for your mood-board and shot list. We'll also book your photoshoot date.
Step 2
On-Camera Coaching Session
60-Minutes
I believe that on-camera confidence is an inside job. As we are getting ready to shoot your photos, insecurities, shyness, and/or judgments about your appearance may come up.
I have a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology with an Emphasis in Consciousness, Health and Healing.
I use these Spiritual Psychology coaching tools to help you prepare for your photoshoot in an intentional way, so you can show up authentically as yourself.
My coaching style is gentle, compassionate and intentional.
Not only you’ll look amazing in your photos, but you’ll feel ease, comfort and confidence throughout the shoot – and it will shine through the camera.
Step 3
The Photoshoot Day
Hair and Make up:
Hair and makeup is a complimentary part of your Authentic Brand Photoshoot experience. This is an opportunity to relax and receive. Our make up style is usually very natural and you’ll choose the style of make up that best suits you. You can opt-out of this if you wish to do your own.
This usually takes 90 minutes.
Posing and guidance:
I will guide you in your posing and with breathing exercises to help you ground yourself in your body. This will anchor the work we have done in our On-Camera Coaching session while embracing the dynamics of the photoshoot.
We will go through our planned shot list, while leaving room for creativity.
This usually takes 60-90 minutes.
Step 4
PHOTO ORDERING APPOINTMENT
At the end of your shoot, we will pick a date for your ordering appointment. This will be 2 weeks later. That is when you will see your images and choose the ones you would like to purchase. This process is fun and ease. You will see your best images and will see them one by one to choose the ones you really love. This process takes 45 minutes.

Hi, I'm Lucia
And I help people feel comfortable in front of the camera using spiritual psychology tools.
There’s a bunch of advice out there about taking the best selfies and the highest performing reels or tiktoks… But none of that helps if you feel horrible every time you step in front of the camera.
I believe in the power of Spiritual Psychology. I noticed this through receiving my masters degree at the University of Santa Monica and through 8 years of experience coaching clients using these tools, to feel confident in front of the camera. And now I want to help you overcome what holds you back from truly being seen.
